Registration Information for Authors of Conference and Workshops Papers
- At least one author of an accepted paper must register at the full rate (tentatively, USD$675). The student discount cannot be applied to meet this requirement.
- An author with multiple papers can meet the above registration requirement by registering at the full rate for one paper and paying a publication fee of $330 per paper for the second and subsequent papers. This fee helps cover the cost of including the additional papers in the proceedings as well as other costs such as meeting space rentals.
- Your registration will allow you to attend all conference and workshop sessions, coffee breaks, luncheons, and the banquet. You will also receive a copy of both the conference and workshop proceedings. (Note: there is no conference-only or workshop-only registration.)
- Papers are allowed up to 10 pages in the proceedings with a registration. Up to two additional pages may be purchased for USD$200 per page.
- Your registration must be received by March 20, 2012 to ensure your paper(s) inclusion in the conference and/or workshop proceedings.
